HDFC Mutual Fund buys 3.2% stake in Entero Healthcare Solutions from Prasid Uno Family Trust

The latest market report highlights that HDFC Mutual Fund has acquired a 3.19 percent stake in Entero Healthcare Solutions from Prasid Uno Family Trust through open market transactions on September 18, even as shares of the healthcare products distribution platform rose 3.94 percent to Rs 1,732.3 on the NSE.

As per block deal data, HDFC Mutual Fund bought 13.9 lakh shares, representing 3.19 percent of Entero Healthcare Solutions paid-up equity, for Rs 235.6 crore. The shares changed hands at Rs 1,695 apiece.

Public shareholder Surbhi Singh, through Prasid Uno Family Trust, was the seller in the transaction. The trust is the family-owned investment vehicle of Medlife co-founder Tushar Kumar.

With Friday's transaction, the trust has sold 32.18 lakh shares during the September quarter, equivalent to a 7.39 percent stake, against its 10.45 percent holding, or 45.5 lakh shares, as of June 2026.

State Street Global Advisors sells nearly 1% stake in Sigachi Industries

Boston-headquartered State Street Global Advisors, through the SPDR Portfolio Emerging Markets ETF, sold 37.32 lakh shares, representing a 0.97 percent stake, in pharma firm Sigachi Industries for Rs 11.13 crore.

The selling price was Rs 29.83 per share.

Sigachi Industries shares advanced 0.92 percent to end at Rs 29.60 after falling sharply from the day's intraday high of Rs 32.15, accompanied by robust volumes.

Croll Reynolds International offloads 0.74% stake in Mazda

US-based Croll Reynolds International Inc sold 1.5 lakh shares, or a 0.74 percent stake, in engineering firm Mazda for Rs 3.91 crore at a price of Rs 261.07 per share.

Mazda specialises in vacuum and heat transfer technologies.

Croll Reynolds International Inc held a 7.23 percent stake in Mazda as of June 2026.

Mazda shares rose 1.06 percent to Rs 266.25 amid high volumes on the NSE.

Authum Investment sells over half a percent stake in Welspun Enterprises

Authum Investment & Infrastructure has offloaded more shares in Welspun Enterprises, selling 7.34 lakh shares, or a 0.53 percent stake, in the infrastructure developer for Rs 57.28 crore.

The selling price was Rs 780.03 per share.

On Wednesday, Authum Investment sold a 1.73 percent stake in the Welspun Group firm.

With Friday's transaction, Authum Investment has pared a total 2.26 percent stake during the current week, against its 3.59 percent holding in Welspun Enterprises as of June 2026.

Veegaland Developers promoter acquires 1.64% stake on stock-exchange debut day

Founder and promoter Chittilappilly Thomas Kochuouseph acquired an additional 8 lakh shares, representing a 1.64 percent stake, in Kerala-based real estate developer Veegaland Developers for Rs 11.7 crore at a price of Rs 146.37 per share.

Kochuouseph held a 46.56 percent stake in Veegaland Developers as of September 17, while total promoter shareholding stood at 63.69 percent.

Veegaland Developers shares soared 4.5 percent to Rs 146.3 on their debut on Friday, against the offering price of Rs 140 per share.

Astorne Capital VCC Arven bought 13.85 lakh shares in Veegaland Developers for Rs 21.3 crore at a price of Rs 154 per share, while Neo Apex Share Broking Services LLP acquired 3 lakh shares at Rs 146.3 per share, valued at Rs 4.38 crore.

That stated, Kuber India Opportunity Fund sold 2.92 lakh shares for Rs 4.5 crore at Rs 154 per share, while LRSD Securities offloaded 3.85 lakh shares for Rs 5.7 crore at Rs 148.63 per share.

As of September 17, LRSD Securities held a 1.1 percent stake, or 5.37 lakh shares, in Veegaland Developers.
