INRE Fund acquires Rs 142 crore Nirlon stake from Nihar Nandan Nilekani

The latest market report highlights that INRE Fund II, an alternative investment fund managed by Monocap Investment Advisors, has acquired a 2.58 percent stake in Nirlon, a commercial real estate development and management firm, from Nihar Nandan Nilekani through open-market transactions on October 1.
Following the block deal, Nirlon shares ended Thursday's session at Rs 606.80, up 0.3 percent.
INRE Fund II bought 23.25 lakh shares, representing 2.58 percent of Nirlon's paid-up equity, from Nihar Nandan Nilekani for Rs 142.98 crore. The shares changed hands at Rs 615 apiece.
Nihar Nandan Nilekani, son of Infosys co-founder and non-executive chairman Nandan Nilekani, held a 2.62 percent stake in Nirlon as of June 2026.
Morgan Stanley buys 0.59% stake in Elevate Campuses
Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte has acquired 9.98 lakh shares, representing a 0.59 percent stake in Elevate Campuses, a student accommodation and education infrastructure provider, for Rs 33.97 crore.
The shares were bought at Rs 340.14 apiece.
Elevate Campuses shares rallied 6.77 percent to close at Rs 344.80 on the NSE, a day after its market debut.
Kedia Securities sells 0.63% stake in Simplex Infrastructures
Kedia Securities sold 5 lakh shares, equivalent to a 0.63 percent stake in Simplex Infrastructures, for Rs 11.98 crore. The shares were sold at Rs 239.78 apiece.
The stock ended Thursday's session at Rs 245.01, down 0.2 percent, amid volatility.
