Fresh updates from the financial markets indicate that The share allotment for AceVector, the parent firm of Snapdeal, is anticipated to be finalised today, September 30. The IPO closed for subscription on September 29 after receiving bids for 14,84,50,068 shares against 7,42,29,166 shares on offer. The offering was subscribed 4.93 times overall.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion was subscribed 3.38 times, while the Non-Institutional Market participants (NIIs) category received 8.16 times subscription. The Retail Individual Market participants (RIIs) portion was subscribed 4.62 times.

As per the IPO schedule, refunds for market participants who do not receive an allotment are anticipated to begin on October 1, while shares allotted to successful applicants are scheduled to be credited to their Demat accounts on the same day. The shares of AceVector are scheduled to be listed on both the BSE and NSE on October 5. The basis of allotment is scheduled for September 30, followed by refunds and Demat credit on October 1.

AceVector operates an asset-light digital commerce ecosystem through businesses spanning value-focused e-commerce, e-commerce enablement software and consumer brands.

Its portfolio includes Snapdeal, the value-focused e-commerce marketplace, along with e-commerce enablement businesses such as Unicommerce and other technology-led platforms. The group additionally operates consumer brands through Stellaro Brands across online and offline channels.
