Augment Infrastructure Partners offloads Rs 1,096 crore Clean Max stake; Belgrave Investment Fund sells…

Reports coming in for today mention that Augment Infrastructure Partners, through Augment India I Holdings, has offloaded equity shares worth Rs 1,096 crore in Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions, while Mauritius-based Belgrave Investment Fund has sold a 4.67 percent stake in Electrosteel Castings through open-market transactions on September 28.
Following the transactions, shares of Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions traded 1.46 percent softer to close at Rs 1,373.10, while Electrosteel Castings shares closed at Rs 72.35, up 0.01 percent, amid high volumes on the NSE.
Augment India I Holdings sold 8.69 lakh shares in Clean Max for Rs 111.98 crore at Rs 1,288.40 per share, and another 76.33 lakh shares for Rs 983.95 crore at Rs 1,289.01 per share. Together, the transactions represented a 7.25 percent stake worth Rs 1,095.93 crore.
Augment India held a 9.5 percent stake in Clean Max as of June 2026, as stated by the firm's shareholding pattern.
Of the 85.02 lakh shares sold by Augment India, 26.21 lakh shares were purchased by HSBC India, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Firm and Goldman Sachs.
HSBC India Infrastructure Equity Mother Fund acquired 7.88 lakh shares for Rs 101.5 crore, while ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Firm purchased 11.15 lakh shares for Rs 143.7 crore, both at Rs 1,288.40 per share. Goldman Sachs Investments Mauritius I acquired 7.18 lakh shares for Rs 92.62 crore at Rs 1,289.04 per share.
Belgrave Investment Fund sells 4.67% stake; promoters acquire 3.03% stake in Electrosteel Castings
In the meantime, Mauritius-based Belgrave Investment Fund offloaded 1.87 crore shares in Electrosteel Castings at Rs 71.28 per share and another 1.01 crore shares at Rs 72.33 per share. The transactions amounted to a 4.67 percent stake worth Rs 207.14 crore.
Belgrave held a 5.54 percent stake in the firm as of June 2026.
Of the shares sold by Belgrave, promoters acquired a 3.03 percent stake worth Rs 133.73 crore. Asha Kejriwal bought 55.94 lakh shares at Rs 71.30 per share, Wilcox Merchants acquired 48.25 lakh shares at Rs 71.40 per share, and Mayank Kejriwal purchased 83.42 lakh shares at Rs 71.20 per share.
Anupam Rasayan buys 2.12% stake in Bliss GVS Pharma
Specialty chemicals manufacturer Anupam Rasayan India has acquired 22.5 lakh shares, representing a 2.12 percent stake in pharma firm Bliss GVS Pharma, for Rs 162.74 crore.
The shares were purchased at Rs 723.29 per share.
Bliss GVS Pharma shares ended at a new closing high of Rs 737.65 on Monday, rising 4.68 percent amid high trading volumes.
Octaspace Realcon acquires additional 0.71% stake in Paisalo Digital
Octaspace Realcon has acquired an additional 65.32 lakh shares, representing a 0.71 percent stake in non-banking finance firm Paisalo Digital, for Rs 53.76 crore. The shares were purchased at Rs 82.30 per share.
Octaspace Realcon held a 2.33 percent stake in Paisalo Digital as of June 2026.
That stated, Paisalo Digital shares crashed 10.58 percent to Rs 79.60 amid high trading volumes on the NSE, extending their slide for a fourth consecutive session.
