According to fresh market updates, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions shares were in the green on Friday after the firm announced that its US subsidiary Global Impx Inc. had received a $15.5 million order from IBM Cloud Inc.
Blue Cloud Softech shares were trading at Rs 22.74, up 13.42% on the NSE at 10:15 am on Friday.
The order, worth approximately Rs 147 crore, is a set-fee contract for AI infrastructure design, deployment and backing services.
According to the exchange filing, Global Impx will deliver a "scalable, secure, high-performance environment" for AI and machine-learning workloads, covering model development, training, fine-tuning and inference.
The scope of work includes designing and deploying GPU compute clusters, high-performance storage and networking, AI/ML platforms and Kubernetes-based orchestration. It additionally covers security, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery.
The project includes performance testing, documentation, knowledge transfer and production handover, followed by a stabilisation and backing period.
"Work commenced on 24 September 2026," the firm stated. Fees will be payable against five milestones, running from project kick-off to production go-live.
The project has defined service marks, including infrastructure and GPU availability of at least 99.5%, critical alerts within 15 minutes and response to critical incidents within 30 minutes.
The Statement of Work was issued under a Master Services Agreement between Global Impx and IBM Cloud dated August 21, 2026.
Tejesh Kumar Kodali, Group Chairman, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions, stated: "AI is moving out of the lab and into production, and that move runs on infrastructure. Winning this mandate from IBM Cloud within three months of GIX joining Blue Cloud reveals that our US platform can compete for, and deliver, the most demanding AI infrastructure work. This is the high-value, repeatable business we set out to build when we brought GIX into the group."
Vinod Babu Bollikonda, Managing Director and Group CEO, stated: "Our teams have already mobilised. We will deliver against clear milestones and service marks, including 99.5 per cent availability, and we aim to earn a long-term relationship with the client that extends well beyond this engagement."
Blue Cloud stated the order comes within three months of Global Impx joining the group. Global Impx has been a wholly owned US subsidiary of Blue Cloud since June 2026.
