Exide Energy Solutions (EESL), a material subsidiary of Exide Industries, has completed the commissioning of Phase-I of its 6 GWh lithium-ion cell manufacturing facility located in Devanahalli, Bengaluru.

The facility has been established to manufacture advanced lithium-ion cells across multiple chemistries and form factors, enabling EESL to serve a wide range of mobility and energy storage applications.

The firm has received an order worth Rs 177.35 crore from Zetwerk Manufacturing's business for the supply of satellite communication equipment.

Max Estates will enter into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for an approximately 9.76-acre land parcel in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, envisaging a super built-up development potential of around 1.5 million square feet and an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 2,500-3,000 crore.

Zuari Industries, Texmaco Infrastructure

Zuari Industries has acquired 1.28 crore equity shares of Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings for Rs 147.96 crore.

Bulk & Block Deals

RPS WOS II LLC, owned by venture capital firm RPS Ventures, sold 3.86 crore shares (0.83 percent stake) in Meesho for Rs 899.7 crore. This was out of its 1.18 percent stake held as of June 2026.

The shares changed hands at an average price of Rs 233 per share.

A total of 14 market participants picked up all the shares sold by RPS, including Ghisallo Master Fund, Government of Singapore, BNP Paribas Arbitrage, Citigroup Global, Goldman Sachs, WhiteOak Capital, Morgan Stanley, Mirae Asset MF, Bajaj Life Insurance, Fidelity Advisor, Societe Generale, and Edelweiss MF.

Promoter Welspun Group Master Trust sold 2.44 crore equity shares (2.59 percent stake) in Welspun Living for Rs 525.88 crore.

Fidelity Investment Trust Fidelity International Small Cap Fund and Quant Mutual Fund bought all the shares sold by the promoter. Fidelity acquired 2.22 crore shares (2.35 percent stake) for Rs 477.97 crore, while Quant Mutual Fund bought 22.29 lakh shares (0.23 percent stake) for Rs 47.9 crore. The deals were executed at an average price of Rs 214.9 per share.

Allied Blenders and Distillers

Promoter Bina Kishore Chhabria sold 55 lakh shares (1.97 percent stake) in Allied Blenders and Distillers for Rs 357.59 crore at a price of Rs 650.17 per share.

Abu Dhabi Investment Authority bought 15.03 lakh shares for Rs 97.72 crore, while SBI Mutual Fund purchased 34 lakh shares for Rs 221.04 crore at an average price of Rs 650 per share.

HDFC Mutual Fund sold 16.21 lakh shares in Escorts for Rs 453 crore, while Nippon India Mutual Fund acquired 12.94 lakh shares for Rs 361.7 crore at an average price of Rs 2,794 per share.

Sushil Bahety, Padma Bahety, and Ankit Bahety & Sons HUF acquired 1.48 lakh shares (3.86 percent stake) in Madhusudan Kela-promoted MK Ventures Capital for Rs 14.85 crore.

In the meantime, Think India Opportunities Master Fund exited MK Ventures Capital by selling its entire holding of 1.63 lakh shares (4.26 percent stake) for Rs 16.35 crore. The deals were executed at an average price of Rs 1,000 per share.

Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund acquired 27.5 lakh shares (2.38 percent stake) in Molbio Diagnostics for Rs 361.62 crore, while Motilal Oswal Financial Services-backed Business Excellence Trust III sold 29.96 lakh shares (2.6 percent stake) for Rs 394.07 crore. The transaction price was Rs 1,315 per share.

Bank of India Mutual Fund acquired 17.69 lakh shares in Optiemus Infracom for Rs 144.3 crore at an average price of Rs 815.68 per share.

Croll Reynolds International Inc sold 1.33 lakh shares (0.66 percent stake) in Mazda for Rs 3.38 crore at an average price of Rs 254.1 per share.

Croll Reynolds International Inc held a 7.23 percent stake in Mazda as of June 2026. Of this, it has sold a 3.18 percent stake over the last four sessions.

SBI Funds Management bought 11.55 lakh shares in Marine Electrical for Rs 45.61 crore at an average price of Rs 394.79 per share.
