As per the latest business developments, The following stocks saw notable bulk and block deal activity on September 23.

RPS WOS II LLC sold ~3.86 crore shares (≈0.9% stake) at Rs 233. Key buyers included the Government of Singapore (1.32 crore shares), Mirae Asset Mutual Fund (77.21 lakh shares) and Societe Generale (35.50 lakh shares).

Other buyers were namely: BNP Paribas Arbitrage (20.50 lakh shares), Fidelity Advisor Series VIII – Fidelity Advisor Overseas Fund (15.79 lakh shares), Citigroup Global Markets Singapore (15.50 lakh shares), Norges Bank (13 lakh shares), Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE (12 lakh shares), WhiteOak Capital Mutual Fund, Bajaj Life Insurance and Edelweiss Mutual Fund (approx. 10.73 lakh shares each) and Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore and NRSGVCC (approx. 10.73 lakh shares each).

Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings

Zuari Industries Limited bought 1.28 crore shares (10.05% stake) at Rs 115.02 from Zuari International Limited in an intra-group transfer worth around Rs 148 crore. Zuari Industries’ holding rose from 20.78% to 30.83%; overall promoter group holding stayed unchanged at 66.55%.

Welspun Group Master Trust sold 2.45 crore shares (≈2.6% stake) at Rs 214.90. Fidelity Investment Trust – Fidelity International Small Cap Fund bought 2.22 crore shares (≈2.35% stake) at the same price.

HDFC Mutual Fund sold 16.21 lakh shares at Rs 2,794. Nippon India Mutual Fund bought 12.95 lakh shares at the same price (deal value ≈ Rs 453 crore).

Allied Blenders & Distillers (ABDL)

Bina Kishore Chhabria sold 55 lakh shares at Rs 650.17. Buyers were SBI Mutual Fund (34 lakh shares) and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (15.03 lakh shares).

Business Excellence Trust III sold nearly 30 lakh shares at Rs 1,315. Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund bought 27.5 lakh shares at the same price (deal value set at over Rs 360 crore)
