Pyramid Technoplast shares in focus on pollution control board approval

The latest market report highlights that Pyramid Technoplast stock price will stay in focus on September 24 following the firm received Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) approval to recycle third-party industrial packaging waste.
"… has received an amended Consolidated Consent andAuthorisation (CCA) from the GPCB to receive, collect, store, transport and recycle industrial packaging waste generated by other firms, including empty barrels, containers and liners contaminated with hazardous chemicals/wastes," firm stated in its release.
Under the amended authorisation, the firm is permitted to handle and recycle up to 960 MT of such waste annually.
The authorisation additionally permits the firm to manufacture up to 9,000 cleaned barrels/drums and containers per month for industrial use or granules, complementing its existing 1,000 MT per month capacity for plastic re-processed granules.

By enabling us to receive and recycle contaminated industrial packaging from third-party customers, we can offer a more integrated solution for packaging waste management while creating an additional avenue for expansion in our recycling and reprocessed products business,” stated Bijaykumar Agarwal, MD & Chairman, Pyramid Technoplast.
In the previous market session, the share closed at Rs 159.40, up Rs 2.45, or 1.56 percent.
The share touched a 52-week high of Rs 198.70 and a 52-week low of Rs 132.20 on 28 July, 2026 and 30 March, 2026, respectively. At present, the stock is trading 19.78 percent below its 52-week high and 20.57 percent above its 52-week low.
The market capitalisation of the firm stands at Rs 586.35 crore.
