Max Estates share price in focus on ₹3,000-cr Ghaziabad development deal

As per the latest business developments, Max Estates shares will stay in focus after the firm stated it will enter into a joint development agreement (JDA) for a ~9.76-acre land parcel in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.
The project has a super built-up development potential of ~1.5 million sq ft and an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹2,500-3,000 crore.
The proposed transaction is subject to satisfactory completion of due diligence, receipt of all requisite approvals and execution of the JDA.

Last month, the firm acquired approximately 84.71-acre West Delhi land parcel in a non-cash share-swap transaction. The deal offers an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 10,000-12,000 crore over the next few years.
In the previous market session, the share closed at Rs 601.80, up Rs 6.00, or 1.01 percent.
The share touched a 52-week high of Rs 623.95 and a 52-week low of Rs 305.55 on 21 September, 2026 and 30 March, 2026, respectively. At present, the stock is trading 3.55 percent below its 52-week high and 96.96 percent above its 52-week low.
The market capitalisation of the firm stands at Rs 9,844.24 crore.
