Stock broker Shah Investor's Home to launch mainboard IPO on September 28 with Rs 159-167 price band

The latest market report highlights that Ahmedabad-based Shah Investor's Home, a retail stock broking firm, will open its initial public offering of 53.99 lakh shares for subscription on September 28, as per the red herring prospectus filed with SEBI on September 22.

The firm aims to mobilize Rs 90.16 crore via IPO and seeks valuation of Rs 353.25 crore at the upper end of price range of Rs 159-167 per share.

Shah Investor's Home, which competes with smallcap listed peers like SMC Global Securities, Share India Securities, and Arihant Capital Markets, intends to spend Rs 60 crore of proceeds from the net offer for its working capital requirements, and the remainder funds for general corporate purposes.

The retail brokerage firm has served over 1 lakh demat accounts, with more than 38,000 active clients and partnerships with over 181 authorised persons, conducting operations through 11 branches.

Market participants can place bids for a minimum of 85 equity shares and in multiples of 85 shares thereafter. Accordingly, the minimum investment by retail market participants would be Rs 14,195 and the maximum would be Rs 1,98,730.

The one-day anchor book will open for institutional market participants on September 25, while the offering will close for the public subscription on September 30. The IPO share allotment is likely to be finalised by October 1, while its equity shares are anticipated to start trading on the bourses on October 6.

Shah Investor's Home has reserved half of the public offering size for qualified institutional buyers, 15 percent shares for non-institutional market participants, and 35 percent shares for retail market participants.

The firm filed draft papers with the capital markets regulator in September 2025, which subsequently were approved by the SEBI in March 2026.

On the financial front, the firm has recorded earnings of Rs 13.2 crore for the year ended March 2026, declining 43.5 percent from Rs 23.4 crore in previous year, while topline in the same period declined 24.2 percent to Rs 71.5 crore from Rs 94.3 crore.

Beeline Capital Advisors has been appointed as the merchant banker for the Shah Investor's Home IPO.
