Peshwa Wheat IPO: SME issue to open for subscription tomorrow; check price band, GMP, other key details

According to fresh market updates, Peshwa Wheat is set to tap the capital market with a Rs 53.5 crore initial public offering (IPO) starting September 24, seeking funds to expand its processing infrastructure and strengthen its B2B presence across key markets.

The IPO will open for public subscription on September 24 and close on September 28. The firm's shares will be listed on the BSE SME platform, with the tentative stock-exchange debut date scheduled for October 1, 2026.

The price range has been set at Rs 95-101 per share, according to a firm statement.

According to platforms tracking grey market activities, shares of the firm are commanding a flat grey market premium (GMP).

The IPO is entirely a fresh offering of up to 52.99 lakh equity shares. At the upper end of the price range, the firm will raise Rs 53.52 crore from the public offering.

Of the offering proceeds, Rs 26.50 crore will be used to fund working capital requirements, Rs 6.69 crore to purchase plant and machinery, and Rs 5.01 crore for civil construction.

The remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Incorporated in 2023, Peshwa Wheat processes and supplies wheat-based products such as atta, Sortex wheat, broken wheat, besan and maize flour.

Its integrated flour processing facility in Indore has an installed capacity of 56,100 metric tonnes per annum.
