CP Plus operator Aditya Infotech launches QIP to raise up to Rs 1,500 crore

As per the latest business developments, Aditya Infotech, the surveillance and security equipment maker that operates the popular “CP Plus” brand, has rolled out a qualified institutional placement (QIP) to mobilize up to Rs 1,500 crore, people familiar with the matter told Moneycontrol.

Moneycontrol has reviewed a copy of the deal term sheet.

The firm’s board authorised the opening of the offering on September 22 and approved a floor price of Rs 3,648.43 per share, according to an exchange disclosure.

“The firm may at its discretion offer a discount of not more than 5% on the floor price so calculated for the Offering. The offering price will be determined by the firm in consultation with the lead managers appointed for the offering,” the disclosure stated.

“The indicative offering price is Rs 3,467 per share and the QIP proceeds will be used for debt repayment by the firm and its subsidiaries, financing capital expenditure requirements, funding inorganic expansion and general corporate purposes,” one of the people cited above stated.

Investment banks ICICI Securities and IIFL Capital are acting as advisers on the proposed transaction, a second person stated.

A third person confirmed the details.

The three people spoke to Moneycontrol on condition of anonymity. Aditya Infotech and the two investment banks could not be touched for immediate comment.

Aditya Infotech made its public market debut in August 2025. Its stock price has risen more than 122 percent during the past six months. At the end of trading on September 22, the firm's market capitalisation stood at more than Rs 43,000 crore.
