Elitecon International revenue jumps nine-fold to Rs 5,075 crore in FY26

Fresh updates from the financial markets indicate that Elitecon International’s consolidated topline from operations rose 9.2 times to Rs 5,074.80 crore in FY2025-26 from Rs 548.76 crore a year earlier, while consolidated earnings after tax increased 2.7 times to Rs 185.06 crore, the firm stated in a regulatory filing.

The firm stated the results reflect the expansion of its business into edible oil and agro products, along with a full year of operations through its UAE and Singapore subsidiaries.

That stated, the consolidated numbers include only six months of earnings from edible-oil subsidiaries Sunbridge Agro and Landsmill Agro, which were consolidated from September 30, 2025. Their pre-acquisition earnings are not included in FY26.

On a standalone basis, Elitecon’s topline rose 5.1 times to Rs 1,529.50 crore from Rs 297.51 crore. Standalone earnings after tax, that stated, declined to Rs 13.09 crore from Rs 32.21 crore in FY25.

The firm has built an edible-oil and agro platform through Sunbridge Agro’s refinery at Kandla and Landsmill Agro’s operations in Mathura. It is additionally expanding refining, processing, storage and port-linked infrastructure at the two locations.

Elitecon stated it is additionally exploring joint ventures with overseas firms for manufacturing in partner markets and bringing global products and capabilities to India. The firm did not disclose the names or financial terms of the proposed partnerships.

“We enter the new year with a clear agenda of expanding capacity in both tobacco and edible oil, deepening our presence across the Middle East, Africa, ASEAN and Europe, and exploring joint ventures with overseas firms to manufacture abroad and to bring global partners' capabilities to India,” Pradeep Kumar, Managing Director, Elitecon International Limited, stated.

Its tobacco business, based in Nashik, has a production capability of more than 80 million cigarette sticks a month. The firm stated it is upgrading production lines and quality-assurance facilities as it expands exports.
