The latest market report highlights that Abakkus Asset Manager noted elevated payments to members of promoter Sunil Singhania’s family in FY2026, even as the overall value of its related-party transactions declined 65.9 percent year-on-year, as stated by the firm’s draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) filed on September 22.

The absolute value of all related-party transactions stood at Rs 50.84 crore in FY2026, down from Rs 148.96 crore in FY2025. Related-party transactions accounted for 10.62 percent of the firm’s total income in FY2026, compared with 21.06 percent a year earlier. In FY2024, the figure was Rs 10.46 crore, or 1.31 percent of total income.

Within this, payments to members of the promoter family increased. Singhania’s daughter, Khushi Sunil Singhania, received Rs 19.5 lakh in professional fees and Rs 34.4 lakh in salary from the firm in FY2026. Her professional fees rose 117 percent from Rs 9 lakh in FY2025.

Ujjwal Sunil Singhania, his son, received Rs 19.8 lakh in professional fees and Rs 70.5 lakh in salary during FY2026. His professional fees increased 32 percent from Rs 15 lakh in FY2025.

The firm additionally noted Rs 64.4 lakh in lease rent paid to Kanchan Sunil Singhania in FY2026, up 6 percent from Rs 60.8 lakh in FY2025. Kanchan, Khushi and Ujjwal are part of the promoter/promoter group disclosed in the DRHP.

The filing separately reveals a sharp slide in withdrawals by Abakkus Expert Professionals LLP. The promoter and holding entity noted withdrawals of Rs 138.6 crore in FY2025, compared with Rs 44.3 crore in FY2024. No withdrawals were noted for FY2026.

Abakkus Expert Professionals LLP is the promoter and holding firm of Abakkus Asset Manager. Following a bonus offering in August 2026, the LLP held 99 million shares in the asset manager, while Sunil Singhania held 999,950 shares. The bonus offering was made in a 2:1 ratio after the firm subdivided its shares from a face value of Rs 10 to Rs 2.

Family members among promoter group

On August 11, 2026, Sunil Singhania gifted one existing share each to Kanchan, Ujjwal and Khushi, among others. Following the share subdivision on August 14, these holdings were converted into shares with a face value of Rs 2.

On August 21, the firm allotted bonus shares in a 2:1 ratio. The allottees included Abakkus Expert Professionals LLP, Sunil Singhania, Kanchan, Ujjwal and Khushi, along with other promoters and promoter-group members.

Singhania additionally gifted 100,000 shares each to Ujjwal and Khushi on September 4, according to the DRHP. He made a series of share gifts to other members of the promoter group in September as well.

As of the date of the DRHP, Ujjwal and Khushi each held 100,015 shares, or 0.07 percent of the firm, while Kanchan held 15 shares. Abakkus Expert Professionals LLP held 99 percent of the firm’s pre-offer equity share capital.

The DRHP additionally reveals that Sunil Singhania received total remuneration of Rs 3.51 crore in FY2026, broadly unchanged from Rs 3.56 crore in FY2025. Biharilal Laxman Deora’s total remuneration doubled to Rs 3.80 crore in FY2026 from Rs 1.90 crore in FY2025.
