Augmont Enterprises noted a 15.3 percent year-on-year slide in net earnings to Rs 58 crore in the first quarter of FY27, compared with Rs 68 crore in the year-ago period.

Topline from operations rose 30.2 percent year-on-year to Rs 18,946 crore from Rs 14,552 crore.

Augmont stated the slide in earnings was largely attributable to international sales, which were unusually concentrated in the first quarter of the previous year. It further noted that geopolitical disruptions in the Middle East weighed on export volumes during the quarter.
