Embassy Developments shares gain 3% on signing ₹711cr deal for residential tower at Juhu

As per the latest business developments, Embassy Developments stock price will stay in focus on September 22 after firm signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the sale of an entire residential tower at its ultra-luxury Embassy Terazza project in Juhu to Dinesh Thakkar, Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Angel One.
At 09:22am, Embassy Developments was quoting at Rs 61.08, up Rs 2.10, or 3.56 percent, on the BSE.
The transaction involves a G+7-storey tower with a RERA carpet area of 63,000 sq ft and is valued at approximately ₹711 crore.
Embassy Terazza is spread across more than 2 acres, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of over ₹3,000 crore.

On September 19, the firm’s board approved raising up to ₹160 crore through the issuance of up to 16,000 non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of ₹1 lakh each on a private placement basis.
In the quarter ended June 2026, the realty firm had posted a consolidated net loss of Rs 234.40 crore against net loss of Rs 165.64 crore in the year-ago period.
For the June quarter, the firm noted a 338 percent year-on-year jump in pre-sales to Rs 868 crore, while collections rose 54 percent to Rs 496 crore.
The firm has a presence in Bengaluru, Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Delhi-NCR, Chennai, and Indore.
