Prasid Uno Family Trust cuts stake by 1.7% in Entero Healthcare; Chiratae Growth Fund sells 1.25% stake in…

Fresh updates from the financial markets indicate that Surbhi Singh, through Prasid Uno Family Trust, offloaded more shares in the current quarter, selling a 1.7 percent stake in Entero Healthcare Solutions, the healthcare supply chain and product distribution firm, through open market transactions on September 17.
The stake sale appeared to weigh on Entero Healthcare Solutions' stock, which plunged 3.76 percent to Rs 1,666.6 amid high volumes on the National Stock Exchange. The stock has been under pressure since last week, particularly after hitting a record high of Rs 1,920 on September 7. From that level, it has fallen 13 percent.
Prasid Uno Family Trust, the family-owned vehicle of Medlife co-founder Tushar Kumar, sold 4.1 lakh shares in Entero at Rs 1,692.98 per share and another 3.3 lakh shares at Rs 1,694.97 per share. The transactions, in total, represented a 1.7 percent stake in the paid-up equity, worth Rs 125.3 crore.
This was in addition to the sale of 10.88 lakh shares by Prasid Uno Family Trust on August 24. With Thursday's transactions, the trust has offloaded a 4.2 percent stake, or 18.28 lakh shares, during the September quarter, against its 10.45 percent stake, or 45.5 lakh shares, as of June 2026.
Chiratae Expansion Fund sells 1.25% stake in Rentomojo; Helios MF buys 0.83% stake
Venture capital firm Chiratae Ventures-owned Chiratae Expansion Fund I sold 13.05 lakh shares, representing a 1.25 percent stake in Rentomojo, the rental and subscription platform for furniture, appliances and other home products. The sale came against its 6.8 percent shareholding as of September 16, a day before the firm's stock-exchange debut.
The stake was sold for Rs 67.93 crore at Rs 520.61 per share.
In the meantime, Helios Mutual Fund acquired 8.7 lakh shares, or a 0.83 percent stake, in Rentomojo for Rs 44.44 crore at Rs 510.42 per share.
Further, S I Investments Broking picked up 6 lakh shares for Rs 29.49 crore at Rs 491.61 per share, while ABS Direct Equity Fund LLC, through India Series 3, bought 5.22 lakh shares for Rs 26.36 crore at Rs 504.55 per share.
Rentomojo shares rallied 32.2 percent to end at Rs 534.25, compared with the offering price of Rs 404, on Thursday.
Authum Investment buys Rs 176 crore worth of shares in Karamtara Engineering
Authum Investment & Infrastructure acquired 50.29 lakh shares, equivalent to a 1.56 percent stake in the paid-up equity of Karamtara Engineering, the renewable energy and transmission products manufacturer, for Rs 176.17 crore.
The shares were acquired at Rs 350.25 per share.
Karamtara Engineering shares additionally attracted firm buying interest, rising 38.6 percent to Rs 352 from the offering price of Rs 254 on their debut day.
BofA Securities buys Gland Pharma shares worth Rs 42.4 crore from North Rock SG VCC
BofA Securities Europe SA acquired 1.5 lakh shares, representing a 0.09 percent stake in Gland Pharma, from North Rock SG VCC for Rs 42.4 crore at Rs 2,826.6 per share.
Gland Pharma shares rallied 2.87 percent to Rs 2,907.8 on the NSE.
