Market participants placed bids for 74.20 crore equity shares against 3.69 crore shares on offer. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) subscribed 52.65 times, while the non-institutional investor (NII) portion was subscribed 15.69 times and the retail category 3.39 times.
The IPO was open from September 9 to September 11, with the price range set at Rs 132-139 per share. The offering is entirely an offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to 5.27 crore shares, meaning the firm will not receive proceeds from the public offering. The shares are scheduled to list on the BSE and NSE on September 17.

In the grey market, the shares of Arcil were commanding a premium of around 11 percent on the morning of September 15, according to InvestorGain.

The Rs 732.97-crore IPO consists entirely of an OFS of 5.27 crore equity shares. Since no fresh shares are being issued, the proceeds, after offering-related expenses, will accrue to the selling shareholders rather than Arcil.
The selling shareholders include Avenue India Resurgence, State Bank of India, Lathe Investment and Federal Bank. Avenue India Resurgence and SBI are among the key shareholders participating in the offer.
Before the IPO opened for subscription, Arcil boosted Rs 219.89 crore through its anchor book. The firm allotted around 1.58 crore shares to 21 institutional market participants.
The anchor allocation included global market participants such as Goldman Sachs, Ashoka WhiteOak ICAV, Societe Generale, BofA Securities Europe and Integrated Core Strategies. Domestic mutual funds additionally participated through schemes managed by White Oak Capital, Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC, Bandhan Mutual Fund, Tata Mutual Fund, JM Financial Mutual Fund and Groww Mutual Fund.
Arcil noted topline of around Rs 753 crore in FY26, up 26.3 percent from Rs 596.4 crore in FY25. Earnings increased 14.8 percent to Rs 407.8 crore in FY26 from Rs 355.3 crore a year earlier.
The firm has been operating in India's asset reconstruction market since its incorporation in 2003. It acquires stressed financial assets from banks and financial institutions and works on their resolution through mechanisms including restructuring, settlements and enforcement of security interests.
The IPO opened on September 9 and closed on September 11. The basis of allotment is scheduled for September 15, followed by refunds and demat credit on September 16. The shares are anticipated to make their debut on the BSE and NSE on September 17.
IIFL Capital Services, IDBI Capital Markets & Securities and JM Financial are the book-running lead managers, while MUFG Intime India Private Limited is the registrar to the offering.
