Abu Dhabi Investment Authority sells over 2% stake in Lenskart Solutions

New business data points to the fact that Platinum Jasmine A 2018 Trust, owned by the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), sold more than 2 percent equity stake in Gurgaon-based eyewear maker Lenskart Solutions via open market transactions on September 21.
The stake sale impact has additionally been noted in the stock price which declined 3.3 percent to end at Rs 683.85 after a day of hitting record high of Rs 725 on the National Stock Exchange.
As per the bulk deals data, Platinum Jasmine A 2018 Trust has offloaded 3.5 crore equity shares, representing 2.01 percent of paid-up equity, in Lenskart for Rs 2,390.57 crore. The selling price was Rs 683.02 per share.
ADIA through Platinum Jasmine A 2018 Trust held 9.77 percent equity stake in Lenskart as of June 2026.
360 ONE Pipe Fund buys Anupam Rasayan shares worth Rs 105 crore, Ashapura Commodities offloads 1.3% stake
360 ONE Asset Management's 360 ONE Pipe Fund has acquired 9 lakh shares, representing 0.79 percent of paid-up equity, in specialty chemicals maker Anupam Rasayan India for Rs 104.85 crore. The buying price was Rs 1,165 per share.
That stated, Ashapura Commodities sold 15.02 lakh shares or 1.3 percent stake, for Rs 175.02 crore at a price of Rs 1,165.16 per share.
Anupam Rasayan shares were under pressure, falling 3.88 percent amid big volumes to end at Rs 1,160.8, the lowest closing level since November 19, 2025.
Prudent Equity offloads 0.61% stake in CP Capital
Prudent Equity, founded by Siddharth Oberoi, has sold 1.11 lakh shares or 0.61 percent stake in CP Capital, the non-banking financial firm (NBFC), for Rs 1.66 crore at a price of Rs 149.09 per share.
That stated, despite stake sale, the stock saw firm buying interest, soaring 8.07 percent to Rs 1565.9 amid high volumes on the NSE.
Croll Reynolds International sells 0.56% stake in Mazda
US-based Croll Reynolds International Inc, which specialises in industrial process vacuum systems, thermos-compressors, and air pollution control equipment, sold 1.12 lakh shares, representing 0.56 percent of paid-up equity, in Mazda, for Rs 2.89 crore at a price of Rs 256.58 per share.
In previous session, too, Croll Reynolds International has offloaded 0.74 percent stake in Mazda, which specialises in vacuum and heat transfer technologies.
The stake sale was out of the shareholding of 7.23 percent held by Croll Reynolds International Inc in Mazda as of June 2026.
Mazda shares plunged 4.64 percent to Rs 253.90 amid big volumes on the NSE.
