SRIT India IPO allotment today; GMP at 37% — check status at BSE, NSE and registrar

As per the latest business developments, The share allotment for the SRIT India IPO is anticipated to be finalised today, October 1, after the Bengaluru-based IT solutions firm received firm demand during its three-day bidding period.
The Rs 218.40-crore IPO was subscribed 125.16 times by the time bidding closed on September 30, according to exchange data. Market participants placed bids for 1,47,18,71,085 shares against 1,17,60,000 shares on offer.
The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion was subscribed 91.84 times, while the Non-Institutional Market participants (NIIs) category was subscribed 312.99 times. The Retail Individual Market participants (RIIs) portion received 63.70 times subscription.

Refunds for unsuccessful applicants are scheduled to begin on October 5, while shares allotted to successful market participants are anticipated to be credited to their Demat accounts on the same day. SRIT India shares are scheduled to list on the BSE and NSE on October 6.

The grey market premium (GMP) for the SRIT India IPO has risen sharply. According to the latest InvestorGain update, the GMP stood at Rs 48 on September 30. At the upper end of the IPO price range of Rs 130, this indicates an estimated stock-exchange debut price of Rs 178, implying a potential premium of 36.92 percent over the offering price.
GMP is an unofficial indicator based on grey market transactions. It is not regulated by the bourses and does not guarantee the actual stock-exchange debut price.
The IPO was open for subscription from September 28 to September 30. The price range was set at Rs 123-130 per share, with a lot size of 115 shares. At the upper price range, retail market participants had to invest a minimum of Rs 14,950.
The offering comprised an entirely fresh offering of 1.68 crore equity shares, aggregating to Rs 218.40 crore at the upper end of the price range. There was no offer-for-sale component.
The firm plans to use the IPO proceeds for working capital requirements, modernisation and redevelopment of existing products, potential acquisitions and strategic initiatives, besides general corporate purposes.
Incorporated in September 1999, SRIT India is a Bengaluru-headquartered IT and IT-enabled services firm. It provides digital solutions, custom application development and system integration services to government entities and enterprises in India and select overseas markets. Its operations cover areas including healthcare, e-governance, telecommunications and broadband.
The firm noted topline of Rs 462.54 crore in FY26, compared with Rs 400.50 crore in FY25, while earnings rose to Rs 43.29 crore from Rs 33.60 crore.
SRIT India shares are scheduled to list on the BSE and NSE on October 6.
